Temporary. Bumps cyberchef's chart version so the PR pipeline builds a real matrix (build-chart, trivy-config, install-test) on the Gitea runner. Measures which jobs need a Docker socket and whether the runner carries the k3d cluster. Branch and PR get deleted afterwards.
