Add missing serviceName to calibre-web-automated StatefulSet

The StatefulSet spec lacked the mandatory serviceName field, causing
permanent drift in Fleet (spec.serviceName reported as modified).
Points to the chart's existing cwa-service. Bumps chart to 2.0.1.
